BudgtBee is a personal finance management platform that provides tools for budgeting, expense tracking, debt management, goal setting, investment tracking, bill management, and financial planning. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. All financial data and projections generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice. • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@budgtbee.com.
• You may not share your account credentials with any third party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service or any related systems or networks.

The BudgtBee name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BudgtBee. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. Your personal financial data remains your own; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BudgtBee. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policy of every third-party site you visit.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUDGTBEE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF £50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
